The Premier League is one of the toughest league in the world. It’s challenging for youngsters to compete in England, but some young stars manage to shine despite the difficulties. Here are the 10 best players in the English top-flight under the age of 21.

Declan Rice (21, West Ham United)

The 21-year-old has had a fantastic season with West Ham United. His 38 appearances in the league this season prove that he is remarkably consistent. Reportedly, Chelsea are eying to swoop him up in case Jorginho leaves for Serie A.

Rhian Brewster (20, Liverpool)
